RETURN POLICY

Returns may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Request a return

Email support@tosoutdoors.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending an item back.

Item condition

Items must be unused, unsharpened and unaltered, with their original packaging, parts and accessories.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Texas Outdoor Supply covers return shipping for wrong, damaged or defective items. Contact us for instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. They are refunded when required by law or when the return is due to an error by Texas Outdoor Supply.

Final sale and warranties

Items marked Final Sale are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Manufacturer warranties are separate from this return policy.
